The College of Liberal Arts & Humanities provides an excellent student and community-centered environment for an excellent undergraduate education within the context of the university, and seeks to integrate the intellectual, spiritual, entrepreneurship, and social development of the students at Harvest

Intercontinental American University (HIAU).

Learning is a continual process; therefore, learning in this college will provide the means of discovering and using knowledge to elevate the standards of the student in today’s world and the community at large, which will liberate the individual to become a more effective and efficient citizen. This college offers a well-rounded liberal arts education program that enhances students’ abilities to lead satisfying personal lives within their communities. It will also prepare students for a wide range of professional careers and provide the academic skills necessary for graduate studies and for elementary or secondary teaching.

The College of Liberal Arts & Humanities presently has four (4) degree-granting departments: English and Languages, Fine Arts, and the Interdisciplinary Research Program. Each department is headed by a chairperson who is clothed with the responsibilities of oversight and is required to directly report to the Dean of the College.
